How to Book
Enquiry stage
Most folk have questions to ask before they decide to book. We always welcome these as it ensures the customer is happy with what we are providing.
If you are contacting us for a quote we will be asking for info such as date/time and venue location so please include this in your enquiry - especially if you are emailing - so that we can check availability and give you an accurate quote. We will generally reply the same day as any enquiry.
If you are looking for an urgent answer the best idea is to call us - if we can't answer immediately (which is rare) please do leave a message with the details and we will get back to you within the hour.
Deciding to book
Once you have decided to book your event with us do let us know as we do not reserve dates simply based on an enquiry.
We will then check we have all the details necessary and email you the booking contract. We like to put everything in writing so there isn't any confusion over times or locations and you can be sure we have everything correct.
The booking contract contains things like our terms and conditions, and how to pay, as well as the event specific details.
